Caravan Service Day
The first issue getting the van serviced was finding a time when both us and the engineer Adey, had time to actually do the service.
Today’s the day 1st December! And it’s raining. Adey needs to crawl around under the van to grease up the steadies and check all the chassis bolts etc…
New Tow Car – Ssangyong Korando 2.2D ELX Auto 4X4

We are now into our second week of ownership of the Ssangyong Korando.

France-Argeles-Sur-Mer August 2018 Part 4
Sunday was a beach day Harriet had decreed. Well ok armed with 2nd larger umbrella off we went.
Down on the beach it was windy. Well a strong breeze. Umbrellas were being chased and inflatable unicorns were taking flight…. So no umbrella. I decided to get out the action camera and snorkel and go find some fish to film.

After a day at the beach well ok a few hours on Thursday and a trip to a French Hypermarche it’s up early for a drive to Barcelona. We had tickets booked for 10:30 at the Sagrada Familiar. The turreted Basilica designed by Gaudi and still as yet unfinished.

New Tow Car Minefield
It’s time to change the car. For most people it’s a case of how much you can afford+how much milage+ running costs+ nice looking = your choice of a Corsa or Fiat 500 etc…. No such luck for caravanners. We are looking at facts and figures tow car awards, reviews, top speed is generally not a factor but how many Torques the car has and it’s kerbweight definitely are.
